Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Rentals
Rentals just keep chugging along. Up 1% in September. Pending leases rose 5%. The average rental rate came in with a 2% increase and the median rental rate was up 3%. New listings climbed 8% and the number of active listings were 6% higher. Tenants have a little more to choose from.
