Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Celina TX

Celina did not do quite as well as it’s neighbor Prosper but sales were up a strong 30% in September. Unfortunately pending sales did not keep up and were down 11%. The average sales price fell 9% while the median sales price came in flat. New listings dropped 23% and active listings declined 22%. Not good news if you are looking to buy! The months of inventory is now at 4.2 months.
