Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Prosper TX

Buyers were out in full force in the Prosper area in September. home sales shot up 41% as compared to this time last year. Pending sales did even better rising 57%. Looks like sales were helped along by lower sales prices. The average sales price declined 7% while the median sales price fell 11%. New listings had a nice increase of 45% but with all the sales the active listings came in flat and the months of inventory declined to 4.9 months.
