Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Frisco TX

Buyers were snapping up Frisco homes in September. home sales rose 24% compared to last September. Pending sales also did well rising 19%. The average sales price came in flat while the median sales price dropped 3%. New listings were 6% higher but the active listings declined 11%. Months of inventory dropped to 3.5 months. that’s just a little over half way to a balanced market.
