Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – McKinney, TX

McKinney homes sales came in up 15% in September as compared to this time last year. Pending sales were not quite so good down 4%. The average sales price rose 5% and the median sales price increased 2%. The number of new listings was off by 10%. Active listings came in 21% lower than last September. Months of Inventory now stands at 3 months. That’s half way to a balanced market.
