Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Allen TX

Good Grief! Buyers really liked Allen in September with homes sales shooting up 49% as compared to last September. Pending sales did not keep up. they were off by 3%. The average sales price declined 4% and the median sales price took a 9% hit. New listings rose 1%. The active listings came in down 19% taking the months of inventory lower to 2 months.
