Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Wylie, TX

The home sales numbers for the Wylie area were good in September. Up 10%. However, the pending sales were down 12%. October is not looking good! The average sales price eked out s 1% gain while the median sales price came in flat. New listings did not help the cause off 19%. Active listings were down 26% from September of last year. Not good news if you are a buyer. The months of inventory declined to 2.7 months. 6 months if considered a balanced market.
