Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Garland TX

Single Family home sales were up 3% in the Garland area for September as compared to last September. Pending sales did better rising 9%. The average sales price increased 5% as did the median sales price. We saw a 7% climb in the number of new listings while active listings rose 19%. The months of inventory is at 2.1 months. that’s one of the lowest supply in the Metroples. Garland is an area that appeals to the first time buyer.
