Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Condos and Townhomes

Condo and Townhome sales haven’t been that great. August sales were down 2% compared to last August. For the year so far they are down 9%. The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price rose 9%. Pending sales climbed 2%. The number of new listings fell 2%. Active listings are 25% higher. Months of inventory now stands at 4.4 months.
