Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Prosper TX

Well buyers were really buying in Prosper in August! Homes sales rose 29% as compared to last August. Pending sales did even better up whopping 41%. The average sales price rose 3% as did the median sales price. New listings come in with a gain of 3% but with all the sales the number of new listings declined 8%. Months of  inventory now stands at 4.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
