Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Frisco, TX

Buyers were out buying in Frisco in August! Homes sales were up 13% compared to last August. Pending sales were even better rising 16%. The average sales price climbed 3% but the median sales price fell 3%. Looks like just of gyrations in the make up of the sales. New Listings increased 3% however, active listings took an 11% hit. Not good news if you are a buyer. The months of inventory is just slightly over half way to a balanced market at 3.6 months.

New Listings: 426

Active Listings: 1,058
