Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Plano TX
Well home sales did not go well in August. Sales fell 13% compares to this time last year. Pending sales were a little better only down 10%. The average sales price increased 3% and the median sales price saw a 4% rise. The number of new listings declined 2%. Not helping if you are a buyer. Active listings rose 4%. There is now a 3.3 months supply on the market. That’s just over half way to a balanced market.
