Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Richardson, TX

Home sales just chugged along in August up 2% but pending sales jumped 28%. Looks like a very positive September! The average sales price eked out a 1% rise while the median sales price rose 3%. New listings declined 18%. The active listings came in 15% higher than last august. Months of inventory now stands at 2.4 months. that’s not much supply if you are a buyer.
