Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Buyers are still liking the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area! Home sales rose 7% in august compared to last August. Pending saless were 2% higher. The average sales price eked out a 1% rise while the median sales price was flat. New listingscame in up 6%. The number of active listings increased 9% but this did not help the months of inventory which is now at 2 months. that’s really not much of a supply.
