Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Celina TX

Celina did not fair well in July numbers were down across the board! Home sales fell 19% and pending sales were off 9%. The average sales price dropped 9% and the median sales price declined 5%. The number of new listings retreated 9% taking the active listings down 4%. The months of inventory now stands at 5.1 months. We are a little short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $385,000

Pending Sales: 59

New Listings: 83

Active Listings: 269

Months of Inventory: 5.1
