Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Prosper TX

Buyers were out in full force snapping up Prosper homes in July! Homes sales climbed 32% and pending sales were up 25% compared to last July. We are seeing pull back in prices with the average sales price declining 2% and the median sales price falling 5%. There was a sharp increase of 46% in the number of new listings but with the strong sales and pending sales numbers the active listings were flat and the months of inventory declined to 5.1 months.
