Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Frisco, TX

Well just about every number was down in the Frisco are in July! home sales declined 2% while pending sales were flat. The average sales price was down 2% as was the median sales price number.  New listings took a 25% decline as compared to lat July. The active listing were off by 15%. Months of inventory is now at 3.1 months just half way to a balanced market.

Average Sales Price: $362,880

Median Sales Price: $340,000

Pending Sales: 301

New Listings: 322

Active Listings: 754

Months of Inventory: 3.1
