Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – McKinney TX

Well what can you say? Every number was down in July except one. Home sales fell 2%. Pending sales were flat. The average sales price declined 2% as did the median sales price. The number of new listings dropped 25% and the active listings were down 15%. The months of inventory is as 3.1 months. We are only half way to a balanced market.

Average Sales Price: $362,860

Median Sales Price: $340,000

Pending Sales: 301

New Listings: 322

Active Listings: 754

Months of Inventory: 3.1
