Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Garland TX

Garland was sort of all over the place in July. Home sales had a good 14% increase while pending sales fell 1%. The average sales price rose 3% but the median sales price was flat. New listings came in 2% higher and the active listings were up 17% as compared to last July. Months of inventory remains very low at 1.9 months. Garland is a difficult market for Buyers.
