Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Plano TX

Well Plano was sort of a mixed bag in July. home sales were up 11% as compared to last July but pending sales declined 8%. The average sales price rose 4% while the median sales price eked out a 1% gain. New listings dropped 10% taking the number of active listings 2% lower. The months of inventory is now at 3.3 months. Just a little more than half way to a balanced market.
