Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Richardson, TX

Buyers were out in full force in July. home sales climbed 43% as compared to last July. Pending sales came in with a nice 7% gain. The average sales price  increased 5% while the median sales price was down 1%. New listings rose 17%. Active listings were up 37%. The months of inventory is now at 2.7 months. That’s still well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.

Active listings: 263

Months of Inventory: 2.7
