Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Rentals

Rentals slowed down a bit in June. Off by 8% as compared to last June. Pending leases fell 1%. The average lease price  increased 2% as did the median lease price. New listings dropped 1%. The number of active listings rose 4%.

Pending Leases: 2,477

Average Lease price: $1,895

Median Lease Price: 1,750

New Listings: 4,992

Active Listings: 5,377
