Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Condos and Townhouses

Condo and townhouse sales were off sharply in June. Down 26%. Pending sales were a little better only down 6%. The average sales price declined 5%. Median sales price rose 8%. New listings fell 1% while the number of active listings rose 4%. The months of inventory is now at 4.5 months.

Average Sales Price: $270,198

Median Sales Price: $251,250

Pending  Sales: 623

New Listings: 856

Active Listings: 2.256

Months of Inventory: 4.5
