Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Celina TX

June was a good month for home sales in the Celina area. Sales were up 21% as compared to last June. Pending sales climbed 5%. The average sales price fell 9% while the median sales price rose 1%.  New listings declined 35%. Not a help. The number of active listings was up 1%. Months of inventory now stands at 5.4 months. Pretty close to the 6 months considered a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $370,000

New Listings: 72

Active Listings: 292

Months of Inventory: 5.4
