Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Prosper TX

Buyer were liking home in Prosper in June. home sales climbed 29% compared to this time last year. Pending sales  jumped 30% higher. The average sales price did decline 1% while the median sales price fell 3%. New listings rose 24% and the active listings were up 8%. Buyers are finding more to choose from. The months of inventory is at 5.8 months.
