Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Frisco TX

Homes sales were off 3% in June as compared to last June. Pending sales fell 7%. not shaping up for a positive July. The average sales price rose 4% while the median sales price increased 5%. The number of new listings fell 17% while the active listings declined 7%. No help if you are a buyer. Months of inventory now stands at 4.2 months.
