Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – McKinney TX

Buyers like the McKinney area in June with sales up 10%. However, pending sales declined 9%. Not good for July. The average sales price rose 4% and the median sales price was up 1%. New Listings took a drop of 17%. Active listings declined 5%. This is not good news if you are a buyer! The months of inventory is now at 3.4 months.
