Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Allen TX

Home sales were positive in Allen for June up 9%. Pending sales eked out a 1% increase. The average sales price rose 3% while the median sales price climbed 9%. Looks like the were some high dollar sales that happened that pulled these averages up. New listings were down 8%. not a help if you are a buyer. The number of new listings came in 6% higher than last year at this time. Months if inventory rose to 3.3 months. We are still tilted to the seller side.
