Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Plano TX

A lot of negative numbers in this report! Homes sales fell 7% in June as compares to last June. Pending sales were the exception up 3%. The average sales price declined 5% while the median sales price dropped 4%. The number of new listings came in 17% lower. Active listings fell 1%. The months of inventory is now at 3.3 months. this is a little more than half way to a balanced market.
