Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Wylie TX

Home buyers were a little hesitant in June with sales off 11% and pending sales down 4%. The average sales price managed a 1% increase as did the median sales price. New listings dropped 15%. No help there if you are a buyer. The number of active listings fell 1%. Months of inventory came in at 2.4 months.
