Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Garland TX

Well we kind of have a mixed bag in Garland for June. home sales declined 2% but pending sales rose 10%. The average sales price managed a 2% rise while the median sales price eked out a 1% increase. New listings did not help the cause id you are a buyer off 5%. Active listings were 8% higher than last June but the months of inventory remains very low at 1.8 months.

Average Sales Price: $226,305

Median Sales Price: $207,000

New Listings: 265

Active Listings: 301

Months of Inventory: 1.8
