Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Richardson TX
Home sales in Richardson were up 6% in June as compared to the same time last year. Pending sales climbed 19% so July is looking positive. We did see some pricing weakness as the average sales price declined 6% and the median sales price fell 3%. The number of new listings increased 9%. Active listings were 34% higher than June 2018 when listings were very low. The months of inventory is now at 2.5 which is still well under the 6 months that is considered a balanced market.
