Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Buyers liked the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area in June. sales climbed 12% as compared to last June. Pending sales showed a nice 8% gain so July is looking positive. The average sales price rose 7% and the median sales price climbed 3%. New listings were a problem down 11% and the active listings declined 1%. Inventory is very low at 1.9 months. not much help if you are a buyer.
