Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Far North Dallas

Home sales were only off by 1% in the Far north Dallas area in June. Pending sales were flat. The average sales price increased 6% while the median sales price climbed 4%. New listings were up 3%. the number of active listings came in 13% higher that this time last year. Inventory is still below a balanced market at 4.5 months.
