Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Celina TX

Well this northern suburb homes sales really took of in May! home sales were up 87%! Pending sales also had a nice gain of 29%.  The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price rose 7%. New listings saw a 15% increase and active listings climbed 10%. The months of inventory is at 5.3 months. Very close to a balanced market.
