Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Prosper TX

Home buyers were out in full force in Prosper! Sales were up 33% and pending sales rose 29%! The average sales  and the median sales price were both up 7%. New Listings increases 4%. the number of active listings increased 3%. Months of inventory now stands at 5.8 months. this is very close to the 6 months considered a balanced market.
