Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – McKinney TX

Well homes ales in McKinney were down 5% as compared to last May. However, pending sales were 18% higher so June is looking pretty good!  The average sales price managed to eke out a 1% gain while the median sales price fell 4%. The number of new listings declined 8%. Active listings came in 8% higher than last May when listings were very low. currently there is a 3.4 month supply of homes on the market. that’s a little over half way to a balanced market.
