Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Sales were up 4% in the Carrollton/Farmers Branch area in May as compared to last May. The average sales price fell 5% while the median sales price rose 1%. Pending sales jumped 16% so it looks like June will be a positive sales month. The number of new listings increased 1%. Active listings declined 2%. Not any help if you are a buyer! The months of inventory fell to 1.8 months.
