Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Far North Dallas

May was a good month for home sales in the North Dallas Area with sales up 5% and pending sales increasing 8%. The average sales price rose 1% but the median sales price fell 6%. Looks like there were some gyrations in the make up of the sales. New listings dropped 3%. Active listings came in 175 higher than last May. The months of inventory is now at 4.5 months.
