Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Condos and Townhomes

April sales of condos and townhomes were up 6% compared to last April. Pending sales were flat. The average sales price declined 1%. The median sales price was off by 2%. New listings come in higher up 18% and there are 51% more units on the market than last April. There is a 4.6 months supply available.
