Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Celina TX

Home sales jumped 38% in Celina in April. Pending sales did even better up 42%. Looks like a good Mat for sales. The average sales price increased 15% while the median sales price rose 19%. We had sales that were skewed to the upper price ranges that pulled these averages up that much. The number of new listings was up a slight 1%. Active listings rose 4%. The months of inventory is now at 5.5 months.
