Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Prosper TX

The buyers were out in full force in the Prosper area in April. Home sales were up 54% as compared to last April. Pending sales also had a nice 31% increase so we can look forward to a up month in May. The average sales price increased 3% but the median sales price was down 1%. Really sort of a wash. New listings rose 1%. Active listings were up 4%. The months of inventory now stands at 5.8 months. Really a balanced market.

New Listings: 173

Active Listings: 488

Months of Inventory: 5.8
