Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – McKinney TX

Well the numbers were not great! Homes sales were flat. Pending sales declined 10%. The average sales price was flat. The median sales price fell 2%. The new listings declined 4%. The only up number was active listings that climbed 20% compared to last April. The months of inventory is now at 3.1 months. Just a little over half way to being a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $332,000

Pending Sales: 304

New Listings: 409

Active Listings 771

Months of Inventory: 3.1
