Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Wylie TX

Home sales were off by 5% in Wylie compared to last April. Pending sales came in flat. The average sales price rose 3% while the median sales price increased 11%. Looks like sales were slightly tilted to the higher end. The number of new listings climbed 4%. Active listings increased 31%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.3 months. Still a short supply if you are a buyer.
