Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Carrollton/Farmers Branch

Buyers were out in force in Carrollton and Farmers Branch in April with home sales up 32%. Pending sales come in with a nice gain of 14%. The average sales price increased 11% as did the median sales price. New listings did fall 4%. Active listings rose 275 as compared to last April. The months of inventory now stands at 1.7 months. This is one of the lowest levels in the area.
