Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Plano TX

Well Plano went against the trend and saw a 2% decline in sales during April. Pending sales did not help being down 3%. The average sales price fell 5% while the median sales price rose 1%. The number of new listings rose 2%. Active listings climbed 15%. The months of inventory came in at 2.7 months. that’s really not much for buyers to choose from!

Active Listings: 716
