Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Celina TX

Not a good months for home sales in Celina! Sales were down 17%. Ouch! However there was a sliver lining with the pending sales which were up 9%. The average sales price dropped 6%. Median sales price fell 7%. The number of new listing declined 12% but with the slow down in sales, the active listings increased 29% taking the months of inventory to a balances market of 6 months.
