Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Frisco TX

Frisco fared better than some of it’s neighbors with sales only down 8%. Pending sales were up 4% so maybe April will be positive. The average sales price came in flat but the median rose 2%. The number of new listings increased 7%. Active listings rose 8%. The months of inventory now stands at 3.5 months. This number is still well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.

Average Sales Price: $451,382

Median Sales Price: $400,000

Pending sales: 364

New Listings: 568

Active Listings: 1,005

Months of Inventory: 3.5
