Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Allen TX

Homes sales were positive in Allen for March but not by much. Only up 1%. Pending sales however, showed a different story up 43%. Looks like April is setting up to be a good month. The average sales price eked out a 1% gain while the median sales price rose 5%. The number of new listings rose 24%. Active listings climbed 60% compared to last March when inventory were very low. The months of inventory is now at 2.8 months. That’s really not a lot home homes to choose from.
