Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Richardson TX

Sales were down 16% in Richardson for March. the good news is that pending sales were up 7% so it looks like April might be a positive month. The average sales price jumped up 11% while the median sales price rose 14%. Looks like what sales did occur were in the upper price ranges. The number of new listings were up a healthy 24%. Active listings climbed 80% from last Marches number. The months of inventory is at 2.1 months. this is still very low!

Median sales Price: $330,000

New Listings: 156

Active Listings: 196

Months of Inventory: 2.1
